If you are keeping up with the Trebinshun House news we can update you on our Chicken Story.

If you remember, Ben took his children Joe and Rebecca to choose their own lovely 15 chickens from a nearby farm.  To begin with everything went very well and we all enjoyed large numbers of beautiful brown eggs with golden yolks.  Unfortunately one evening they forgot to close up the chicken house and Mr Fox came and helped himself to 6!  So now there were only 9 left.  Sadly the same think happened again and they were down to 4.  Last night they shut the house but left one poor chicken outside and saw the fox in the garden with her in his mouth.  Despite lots of shouting and screaming he made off with her.  Now there are only 3 so very few eggs for anyone.
