Trebinshun has its own chef to cook for you. Each week day and on Sundays, an English breakfast, light lunch and three course dinner with wine is served in the traditional dining room. On summer evenings we often enjoy dinner outside in the courtyard.

During the day, we serve morning coffee and afternoon tea.

The chefs pride themselves on the high standard of their cooking, using fresh local ingredients where possible and receive frequent praise from appreciative guests.

All meals are taken with your trainers and other course participants. If you are in residence on Saturdays, you are free to explore the local area or are taken on an organised trip to a local place of interest.

All dishes are freshly prepared by our chef and vary everyday.

Selection of cereals, seasonal fruit, yoghurts.
Tea, coffee and fruit juices.

Morning Break

Tea, coffee and a selection
of biscuits.

Lunch (buffet style)

Freshly prepared local dishes, salad, rustic bread, fresh fruit and a selection of cheeses.

Afternoon Break

Tea, coffee and homemade cake.

Dinner

Starter:Caesar salad

Main course: Welsh Lamb on a bed of buttered leeks, Roasted Vegetables

Dessert: Oranges in caramel with Pecan shortbread. Coffee and chocolates
